  • In the modern high-tech world of long distance “virtual training” with no human interaction, we have found that assimilating new employees and growing their talent is difficult. Human interaction matters. Without that interaction, especially with the “boss”, many misunderstandings or conflicts occur. Consequently, many organizations are having retention problems.

  • Over the course of the last few years organizations have also found many of their employee candidates have come from different industries, quite different than the one they are applying to. This requires leaders to be observant and patient in assimilating great talent that has not had the experience in this industry environment. Training Talent programs provide the leader the opportunity to customize the training material for group delivery or as needed for individualized training. The material is the same for both environments only the “amount” is different.

  • In many working environments employees learn a large amount of the functionality of the job through on the job training by trial and error. Training Talent material provides a resource to build schedule assimilation and instruction time, not just with new employees but also with tenured. One of the program values is that it is easily changed or edited to fit the subject, the audience, the objective. The scheduling of the event is in the control of the leader.
