Dr. John "Jack" Rice
Program Development
Dr. John V. Rice is a seasoned senior executive with a proven career track spanning the public and private sectors in domestic and multi-national corporations. Dr. Rice’s experience provides a unique and well-rounded business career having been not only an HR Executive but also in line management positions as Sales/Marketing Manager and General Manager. From his experience at such large corporations as Quaker Oats, Meade Paper Products, Frito-Lay, Coca Cola Enterprises, Mission Foods, and Land-O-Suns Dairies he has developed business acumen that grasp the best of the business case supported by state of the art Human Resource practices. Dr. Rice believes that Human Resources is more than just "overhead" and most successful and effective Human Resource organizations are those that apply the discipline of sound financial management to state-of-the-art Human Resources practices and process. His focus is to do what’s right for the business while maximizing the human, intellectual, and cultural capital of the organization that drives profitability. Dr. Rice has continued to successfully apply his rich experience base in providing Human Resource consulting services to corporations such as Williams Sonoma, Oshkosh Trucking, Celanese Chemicals, Charles Schwab, Consolidated Graphics, Mohawk Industries, Sysco Foods, and Coca Cola Enterprises to name a few.
He has managed union and nonunion multi-location; domestic and international organizations establishing a solid business and P&L operations knowledge in the evaluation and change of organizational structure and human resources management. Areas of specialization include Executive Development, succession planning, alternative dispute resolution, cultural transformation, acquisitions and divestitures, labor relations, and maintenance of union free status. Jack is a results-oriented, profit-driven senior executive with a proven track record in managing sales, operations, distribution and human resources. Areas of expertise include strategic restructuring, labor relations, training and development, organizational development, maintenance of union free status, and acquisitions and divestitures in both domestic and international organizations. He is thoroughly skilled in all aspects of managing a highly competitive complex business as a "take charge" leader who can recruit and build management teams, formulate and execute creative business initiatives, and lead organizations to optimum performance.
Dr. Rice holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance, Master of Science Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Business Administration

With a rich background in both IT infrastructure and software development, Brandon brings a unique perspective to his role. Prior to joining Training Talent, Brandon held key leadership positions in prominent technology firms, where he honed his skills in project management, strategic planning, and team building. Outside of work, Brandon is an avid advocate for STEM education and volunteers his time to mentor aspiring technologists. He holds certifications from industry leaders such as Google and IBM, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
